Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign drivers to delivery routes.
• Coordinate deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensure customer requirements.
• Maintain pool of independent contractor drivers and recruit new contractors.
• Manage billing and driver settlements daily using eCourier software.
• Prepare and submit reports for clients and management.
• Attend weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions.
• Conduce meetings with independent contractors to address performance and concerns.
• Cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergency situations.

The core responsibilities of this role include: Scheduling and assigning drivers to delivery routes, coordinating deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensuring compliance with customers requirements, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a pool of independent contactor drivers and recruit new contractors as necessary, manage billing and driver settlements daily utilizing eCourier software, preparing and submitting reports for clients and management, attending weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed, conducing meetings with independent contractors to address performance and concerns, cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergency situations

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Shift: Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM

Pay: $59,000-$63,000/yr

On Call after hours for emergencies
