Job summary

SDS Rx, powered by DHL, is seeking a Dispatcher to monitor and dispatch in a fast-paced healthcare logistics setting. The role supports on-time deliveries and issue resolution, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The shift is Friday-Monday, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM with a pay rate of $20/hour.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or logistics, excels in communication, and can manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service through professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
• Experience managing customer inquiries, service exceptions, and escalations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to provide accurate service updates and set clear expectations regarding deliveries, delays, and issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills with the ability to independently resolve operational challenges.
• Experience utilizing dispatch, tracking, and transportation management systems, including E-Courier or similar platforms.

The core responsibilities of this role include: monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.

Position: Dispatcher

Shift: Friday-Monday 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM

Pay: $20/hr.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to resolve service issues and meet customer commitments.
• Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and commitment to regular attendance and operational excellence.
