Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the Phoenix area, starting with 1–2 months of field training and a follow-on month in Boston for advanced sales training. After training, you return home to drive regional growth with the Corporate Sales Team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and grow professionally
• Willingness to travel as needed and work independently or in a team
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers and target markets with the sales team
• Use calls, emails, and social channels to open new opportunities
• Manage leads, set appointments, and track progress
• Collaborate with BDM to develop sales strategies to reach targets
• Learn and master consultative selling processes and Sandler methodology
• Represent Triumvirate Environmental at industry events and build a positive reputation
