Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Sales Development Representative in the San Francisco Bay Area, based out of San Leandro, CA. You will undergo hands-on field training, then a one-month intensive program at our Boston HQ, before relocating back to your home region to drive sales growth.

You will work with the sales team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and set meetings using calls, emails, and social channels.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required in business, marketing, communications, environmental science or related fields.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Sandler Sales methodology or consultative sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers and target markets with the sales team.
• Use calls, email, and social media to open new doors and set appointments.
• Manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and track progress.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to reach sales targets.
• Learn and apply consultative sales processes to understand client goals and sustainability objectives.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
• Attend industry networking events to promote Triumvirate Environmental.
