Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the Phoenix, AZ area, based out of the Casa Grande office. Training includes hands-on field work and a month of sales training in Boston, with relocation back to support regional growth.

You will qualify prospects, set meetings, and work with the Corporate Sales Trainer to achieve targets. Growth to Business Development Associate is available after the first year.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers and target markets with the sales team.
• Use calls, emails, and social media to generate meetings.
• Manage leads by setting appointments and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with the BDM to reach sales targets.
• Learn and master the consultative sales process (Sandler).
• Provide regular activity and results reports to management.
• Attend industry networking events to identify prospects.
