Job summary

StealthWatch is seeking an ambitious SDR Team Lead to manage a small but growing SDR group and drive performance. You will lead an existing team of 2 SDRs and scale to 5, taking ownership of targets and coaching to high performance.

The role offers a pathway to shape and grow the SDR function within a dynamic AI security startup, with competitive compensation and strategic impact in a US-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading SDR teams to hit or exceed targets.
• Experience coaching and developing SDRs to high performance.
• Experience in cyber security or AI security or early-stage SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the SDR team from 2 to 5, owning performance and output.
• Coach, mentor and develop each SDR to maximize conversion and pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales to shape the SDR function and align on strategy and goals.
