Job summary

Gables Search Group is seeking an RF/DSP Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of FPGA-based processing and mixed-signal RF products. You will translate complex customer applications into commercially viable solutions and collaborate with engineering, sales, customers, and suppliers.

The role offers significant autonomy, deep technical engagement, and the chance to shape a sophisticated product line across RF and DSP domains, including defense or advanced communications

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer requirements into product features and roadmap decisions.
• Strong technical background in RF, DSP, and mixed-signal systems.
• Experience with roadmaps, market analysis, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the RF/DSP product roadmap.
• Translate customer needs into solutions.
• Build business cases and GTM plans for new product investments.
• Engage directly with major customers with sales leadership.
• Evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and vendor capabilities.
• Support decisions involving pricing, revenue, margins, inventory, and product lifecycle.
• Lead product requirements, new product introductions, and portfolio planning.
