Horizon3 AI, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sales Development in Chicago to lead a remote-first SDR team within a hybrid work model. You will coach a pod of 7–10 SDRs, scale processes, and drive pipeline with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced cybersecurity SaaS environment.

The role requires 2+ years of SDR management experience, strong analytics, and familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms. Chicago-based relocation is supported where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR management experience in a fast‑growing SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical B2B environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SDR team to generate high‑quality sales pipeline.
• Coach SDRs on cold calling, objection handling, qualification, and multi‑channel outreach.
• Own the SDR funnel end‑to‑end and forecast pipeline with SLA accountability.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Enablement, and cross‑functional teams to improve tools and processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with structured training.
