Levanta is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, supporting a fast-paced outbound and inbound sales effort.

You will work with CRM tools and collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings, with a focus on continuous learning and pipeline growth. This role offers a dynamic startup environment and growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a sales development or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, driven, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, and track leads in CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to set up meetings and provide insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training.
