Job summary

Levanta is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts, set up meetings, and qualify leads to hand to Account Executives.

This role rewards curiosity and resilience, with exposure to a fast-paced startup environment, CRM tooling (Salesforce/HubSpot), and a clear path to higher-level sales roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales development or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with popular CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research and outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and pass qualified leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
