claylabs is looking for a ClayDR Program Manager to develop programs that empower its ClayDR organization. You will help ClayDRs ramp faster by designing scalable training and resources, improving team performance, and capturing best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enablement, sales, or SDR in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience carrying an outbound number or coaching SDRs/BDRs.
• Deep understanding of the outbound sales process.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs.
• Build and run workshops that strengthen ClayDR skills.
• Partner with leadership to identify and address performance gaps.
