In this role, you will create training programs and manage product knowledge for our customer-facing technical teams. This ground-floor opportunity allows you to build content and deliver training as Clay's product grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Technically fluent with data workflows, APIs, and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time for technical teams.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for product understanding.
• Develop certifications that assess technical fluency and readiness.
