CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced SDET Engineering Manager to lead quality efforts for the AI Detection and Response (AIDR) platform. You will mentor SDETs, own testing strategy, and stay hands-on in code and framework development across cloud services and UI apps.

Hybrid role with on-site days, overseeing functional, performance, and resilience testing to ensure reliable, secure AI-driven detection at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development/SDET roles, with 3+ years in management.
• Hands-on coding to build test frameworks and debug distributed systems.
• Experience enabling testing for Cloud SaaS/ SOA at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDET team and contribute code to test frameworks and tooling.
• Define and drive testing strategy across functional, performance, contract, and chaos testing.
• Partner with backend/UI teams and align on quality standards and tooling.
