CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced SDET Engineering Manager to lead quality engineering within the AI Detection and Response team.

You will mentor a team of SDETs, own testing strategy across functional, performance, contract, and chaos testing, and stay hands-on by writing code and building test frameworks. This role spans cloud-backend and UI, requires deep distributed-systems expertise, and involves partnering with backend and product teams to raise quality across the development

Competenze

• 10+ years in software/SDET with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Hands-on coding to build test frameworks.
• Experience building testing frameworks for Cloud SaaS.
• Define and drive team testing strategy.
• Debug distributed systems and root causes.
• Expertise in Go, Python, Java, or JS/TS.
• Cloud stack: Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Familiar with Jest, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG.
• CI/CD and automated testing in deployments.
• Docker and Kubernetes for containers.
• REST and/or gRPC API testing.
• Strong leadership; hire and mentor engineers.
