Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or a software development role focusing on data.
• Snowflake proficiency with scalable data models and staging environments.
• dbt project management, testing, documentation, and source-control-driven pipelines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data360 / DataCloud ingestion and orchestration patterns.
• CI/CD automation tools and data quality gates.
• Analytical mindset to translate business constraints into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own data pipelines and modeling powering a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Design and build scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt from staging to production.
• Own feature-level architecture decisions and document ADRs for sign-off.
• Govern data orchestration, governance, and team self-service through model ownership.
• Lead data quality, automated regression tests, and AI-augmented workflows.
