• Experience leading testing activities within Agile environments (test planning, defect management, release readiness).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for an agile delivery team and manage priorities and blockers.
• Lead quality and testing activities across releases, including test planning and defect triage.
• Drive modern quality engineering practices such as shift-left testing and test automation.
• Track sprint progress and communicate delivery metrics and risks to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across developers, testers, product owners, and business partners.
