Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong experience leading large-scale agile technology delivery programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong program governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
• Translate roadmap milestones into actionable release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints.
• Partner with Product Owners to align priorities with engineering capacity and delivery commitments.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination.
• Track and manage delivery progress against committed scope, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments to maintain team velocity and execution predictability.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery governance, audit, and risk management standards.
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and escalation management.
• Produce concise, executive-level delivery status reporting for technology and business leadership.
• Chair weekly and monthly service delivery and program status meetings.
• Communicate delivery health through KPIs and metrics such as sprint predictability.
