Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Lead Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to drive cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise banking solutions. The role requires 12+ years in agile leadership and deep cloud/AI expertise within regulated financial services.

Candidate should master Azure/AWS platforms, DevOps practices, and modern SDLC, delivering complex banking applications with strong governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading Cloud Transformation, AI/GenAI initiatives, Digital Transformation programs, and Enterprise Business Application delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Business Application initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Drive Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence across programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering AI, analytics, automation, cloud-native applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with architects, engineering teams, and business leaders to translate transformation roadmaps into executable plans.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, cloud strategy, and AI innovation initiatives.
• Manage delivery and enhancement of enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, workflow automation, digital platforms, and banking systems.

• Plan and manage complex programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Own project plans, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Monitor program health using KPIs, dashboards, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, remove impediments, and drive mitigation strategies.
