Lead Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager (Business Application) with experience in Mortgage, lending banking Domain (Cloud, AI & Digital Transformation)

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading Cloud Transformation, AI/GenAI initiatives, Digital Transformation programs, and Enterprise Business Application delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data-driven initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise business applications, platform modernization, API integrations, and digital banking solutions.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or other regulated industries.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent Agile certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered business solutions, Data & AI platforms, and cloud modernization programs.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, API Management, Microservices, Kubernetes, and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application portfolios including ERP, CRM, Workflow, Digital Channels, and Banking Platforms.
• Experience leading Agile transformations at scale within SAFe or enterprise Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Delivery

• Serve as Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Business Application initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Drive Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence across programs.

Business Application Management

• Manage delivery and enhancement of enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, workflow automation, digital platforms, and banking systems.
• Coordinate application lifecycle activities including planning, development, testing, releases, upgrades, and production readiness.
• Drive prioritization and execution of business and technology roadmaps across multiple application portfolios.
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance requirements for business-critical applications.

Project & Program Management

• Plan and manage complex programs i nvolving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Own project plans, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Monitor program health using KPIs, dashboards, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, remove impediments, and drive mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, product teams, architecture, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate strategic planning, roadmap discussions, and executive reviews.
• Translate business objectives into actionable Agile delivery plans.
• Drive decision-making and alignment across complex organizational structures.

Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Security, Data Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery and release execution.
• Promote automation, AI-assisted delivery practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning, governance, compliance, audit readiness, and operational health reporting.
