Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across Cloud, AI & Digital Transformation for enterprise applications. You will enable cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and align delivery with strategic objectives for banking and financial services clients.

The role requires 10 years' experience, strong certifications, and hands-on expertise with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agile and delivery leadership.
• Experience with cloud transformation and AI initiatives in regulated industries.
• CSM/SAFe/PMI-ACP/PMP or equivalent Agile certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams across Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and enterprise applications.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Drive Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and operational excellence.
• Lead delivery of cloud migration, application modernization, platform engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Coordinate teams delivering AI, analytics, automation, cloud-native applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate transformation roadmaps into executable plans with architects, engineering teams, and business leaders.
• Manage delivery and enhancement of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, workflow automation, digital platforms, and banking systems.
• Coordinate application planning, development, testing, releases, upgrades, and production readiness.
• Manage project plans, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Monitor program health using KPIs, dashboards, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Identify risks and impediments and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support governance, compliance, audit readiness, budget planning, and operational health reporting.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Security, Data Engineering, and Support teams to support delivery and release execution.

Job Summary

Lead Agile delivery across Cloud, AI & Digital Transformation, and enterprise business application initiatives. The role facilitates Agile practices across multiple teams, coordinates transformation programs, manages application delivery, and works with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience with Scrum, Agile project management, delivery management, or program management.
• Experience with Cloud Transformation, AI/GenAI initiatives, Digital Transformation, and enterprise business application delivery.
• Understanding of Azure, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data-driven initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise business applications, application modernization, API integrations, and digital banking solutions.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or other regulated industries.
• CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
