Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Minneapolis seeks a Scrum Master / Program Manager to lead AI initiatives across multiple teams. You will drive discovery, governance, and delivery of AI-enabled programs with strong executive communications.

You will coordinate cross-functional squads including product, engineering, data science, and UX, facilitate ceremonies, manage risks, and track KPIs using Agile metrics in a fast-paced banking/financial services context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• 2+ years of enterprise program/portfolio management experience.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Strong proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with PI Planning, Release Planning, and roadmap management.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning.
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills With Executive-level Communication Experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, Data Scientists, and UX teams.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, issues, and impediments across multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating onsite-offshore teams and multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Strong program governance, status reporting, and metrics management experience.
• Experience coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Metrics-driven approach using velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down/burn-up charts, cycle time, throughput, and delivery KPIs.
• Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Experience supporting AI/GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud platforms, or MLOps environments preferred.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, model risk, explainability, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience tracking AI adoption, business value realization, and operational impact metrics.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Drive backlog prioritization and execution aligned with business objectives.
• Manage program-level communication, executive reporting, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production implementations.
• Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics.
• Ensure successful delivery of user stories, discovery artifacts, solution designs, and business outcomes.
• Support AI operating models, delivery frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
