Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to lead two or more delivery pods. You will coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve agile maturity.

Facilitate ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities, manage impediments and risks, maintain delivery plans and RAID logs, and ensure readiness for releases and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager leading multiple pods/teams.
• Proven ability to coach teams to self-organize and deliver business value.
• Ability to guide agile ceremonies and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
