PowerToFly is seeking a talented Scrum Master I to join their Corporate organization in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will lead the adoption of lean/agile principles, coach team members on methodologies, and facilitate agile ceremonies.

You will partner closely with the Product Owner to refine backlogs and ensure alignment with business goals while fostering a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development organization.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of lean/agile principles among the team.
• Coach team members in Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage team workflows.
