Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile teams. You will ensure Scrum adherence, facilitate ceremonies, and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.

The role emphasizes removing impediments, promoting transparency on risks, and driving continual improvement through retrospectives and performance metrics. Strong communication and conflict resolution are essential.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams and ensure Scrum adherence.
Facilitate all Scrum events and support backlog refinement with the Product Owner.
Remove impediments and promote transparency on progress, risks and dependencies.
Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and team coaching.
Track team performance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
Support the organization’s Agile transformation journey.
