Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• 5+ years working as a Scrum Master.
• Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Change Agent with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward an agile environment.
• Facilitate Scrum processes and events enabling team maturity and effectiveness.
• Enable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
