Job summary

The Judge Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager III to lead cross-functional teams, drive agile practices, and deliver valuable software increments.

You will mentor the Product Owner, remove impediments, and escalate where needed to keep programs on track, while fostering continuous improvement and a growth mindset. This hands-on role blends traditional project management with agile coaching in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master experience: stand up new teams with limited agile knowledge.
• Experience mentoring Agile teams and Product Owners.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools such as JIRA; Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates collaboration and maximizes team performance by driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure rapid and timely delivery of business value streams and goals.
• Mentors and coaches teams (including the Product Owner) in Agile practices and mindset.
• Fosters a growth mindset and spirit of continuous improvement and learning.
• Removes impediments to team progress and escalates when needed to resolve issues.
