Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a similar role.
• 3-5 years in a Scrum environment.
• 3-5 years with Agile methodologies.
• CSM or PSM I certification required.
• Additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum teams to apply Agile principles and facilitate events.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the backlog.
• Mentor teams to become self-organized and efficient.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and risk.
• Support sprint commitments and remove impediments.
• Track capacity, velocity, and release planning; report progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and learning.
