Job summary

Credence seeks a Scrum Master to support high-performing cross-functional teams delivering value through Agile practices, including AI/ML initiatives. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with Jira expertise who guides teams through established workflows and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Scrum/Agile, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAFe methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products.
Improve team efficiency through coaching and development techniques.
Ensure Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines are understood and followed.
Foster self-organization and cross-functional skills within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decisions and support product delivery.
Resolve impediments with other Scrum Masters to improve Scrum execution.
Advance Agile practices within the organization.
Facilitate all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective.
Serve as a servant leader and provide institutional knowledge to the START team.
