Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners seeks a Sr. Scrum Master to guide a high-visibility Digital Agent initiative focused on Agentic AI capabilities within a major energy/utilities client.

Lead Agile ceremonies, align with architects, engineers, product leadership, and executives, and drive delivery in a complex program. The role requires servant leadership, strong facilitation, and a data-driven approach to manage dependencies and risks while translating technical details for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting highly technical product and engineering teams.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience or program-level delivery capability.
• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Automation initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude engaging with architects, engineers, platform/infrastructure teams, and product leadership.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Experience providing executive-level delivery updates, release readiness, and risk communications.
• Data-driven approach to delivery metrics and decision making.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master for highly technical product and engineering teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with technical teams, product leadership, stakeholders, and executives to maintain alignment and drive delivery.
• Support delivery of Digital Agent and Agentic AI initiative capabilities.
• Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery activities across teams.
• Identify and address delivery blockers and stakeholder concerns.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and initiative health.
• Communicate executive-level delivery updates and release readiness.
