Synechron seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across AI and machine learning projects. You will enable collaboration, remove impediments, and coach cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with software development, data, analytics, AI, or ML teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and SDLC.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for AI/ML teams.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices.
• Translate AI objectives into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments and manage dependencies.
• Promote realistic planning and manage uncertainty in experimentation.
• Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery metrics.
• Track progress, risks, and milestones and report to leadership.
