Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive collaboration across software, QA, DevOps, and business teams. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, help identify dependencies and blockers, and ensure the team adheres to Agile practices.

The role requires deep SDLC understanding, backlog management, and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. 10+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile environments.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile ceremonies.
Understand SDLC from requirements to production support.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coordinate teams.
Work with Engineers, Tech Leads, Architects, QA, DevOps, PO, BA.
Maintain backlog with debt, security, and infra work.
Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews.
Coordinate sprint planning and track velocity and burn-down.
Identify risks/dependencies and communicate them early.
Manage cross-team dependencies and release readiness.
