Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master in Atlanta to lead Agile practices across enterprise technology solutions.

You will partner with Product Owners and Directors to manage backlogs, ensure sprint goals are met, and coach teams toward higher predictability and delivery quality. The role involves facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement in a large program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum/Agile experience with ceremonies, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• 3+ years collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver quantifiable business value.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Group facilitation skills with ability to navigate conflicts constructively.
• Facilitate conflict resolution while maintaining a positive team learning environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint.
• Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sprint backlogs to ensure commitments are reasonable and stories are prioritized.
• Ensure teams understand business context, product vision, user stories, and sprint goals.
• Develop working agreements, acceptance criteria, and a clear definition of done.
• Guide self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and healthy team dynamics.
• Protect teams from interruptions, manage risks, and remove impediments.
• Assess teams and programs to recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Lead or facilitate story mapping, roadmapping, and project inception workshops.
• Educate teams on agile principles and best practices to improve workflows.
• Manage agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with product managers to develop release plans and refine backlogs.
• Assist in dependency management, cross-team coordination, and release support.
