Job summary

US staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support four Agile teams in Atlanta, guiding delivery with disciplined Scrum, Kanban and SAFe practices.

You will champion continuous improvement, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in agile leadership, deep Jira/Confluence expertise, and a proven ability to scale agile programs while communicating clearly with executives and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar leadership role.
• Experience supporting a minimum of 3+ teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (configuration, reporting, workflow design).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong project management and delivery tracking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for up to four teams, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and escalate risks/issues to maintain team momentum.
• Provide Agile coaching to teams and stakeholders, fostering an Agile mindset.
• Own and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product owners, and leadership to align on goals.
• Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to ensure roadmap delivery and milestone visibility.
