Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years in agile program management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate program-level planning sessions and manage program increment planning.
• Champion best practices in Agile/Scrum, coaching Scrum Masters and team members.
