Qualifications
- Requires university degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Scrum/Agile experience with strong facilitation.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, organize, facilitate agile activities across delivery lifecycle.
- Manage backlogs with Product Owner(s) and Directors, ensure priorities align.
- Remove impediments and coach teams toward continuous improvement.
- Guide workshops on story mapping, road-mapping and release planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage agile ceremonies.
