Qualifications

• Experience in Agile / Scrum with hands-on ceremonies.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master; CSM preferred.
• Experience in Sprint Execution & Delivery Management.
• Experience with Jira / Agile Tools.
• Banking/Financial Domain experience.
• Onsite-offshore delivery model experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relocation/travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular meetings.
• Support SDLC processes ensuring alignment with client specs.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy.
• Identify scope changes and assist in effort estimation and approvals.
