Job summary

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Agile / Scrum Framework with strong hands‑on experience in Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Experience in Sprint Execution & Delivery Management - Driving end to end sprint delivery and timelines
• Experience with Jira / Agile Tools - Managing backlog, sprint tracking, and workflow execution
• Technical Understanding is required
• Minimum 5 years of Experience as a Scrum Master. CSM certification preferred.
• Experience in executing Discovery process as a Scrum
• Experienced working in an onsite offshore model
• Experienced working in Banking/Financial Domain
• Good Communication skills
• Experience in Roadmap plugin feature
• Ensure the Discovery Team delivers stories and designs within timeline dates.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
