Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Project Manager/ Agile Delivery professional to lead enterprise application implementations and drive delivery across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, influence, and a solid command of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/Agile roles, exposure to logistics or supply chain systems, and professional certifications such as CSM/PSM/PMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing enterprise application implementations and integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Certified Scrum Master CSM, Professional Scrum Master PSM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with Blue Yonder BY, project44 P44, transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems.
• Experience managing vendor-led implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness activities.
