Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technical Delivery Consultant (Agile & DevOps) to lead technology delivery initiatives within the CMT unit. You will work with cross-functional teams to map processes, document configurations, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum expertise, DevOps know‑how, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor teams across multiple workstreams, including global delivery considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management in a technology delivery environment.
• Hands-on software development experience (any modern stack).
• Demonstrated domain experience relevant to the industry/program being supported.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, automated testing) and SRE principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection and analysis of data to create process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies by comparing processes to industry standards.
• Document system customizations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows.
• Conduct research on third-party products and provide analyses of features and costs.
• Coordinate solution implementations and support in maintaining SOPs for stability post-implementation.
