Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology delivery squads to deliver customer value with quality, security and operational readiness. You will coach agile practices, remove impediments and ensure transparent delivery visibility through metrics and RAID disciplines.

You will build strong relationships across technology and the wider MAXIMUS organization, guide product owners, and promote DevOps and responsible AI-enabled productivity in a complex delivery environment.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certification. (Desirable)
SAFe or other scaled-delivery certification. (Desirable)
Equivalent experience within technology, digital, software engineering or product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments; improve flow and predictability.
Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices.
Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide meaningful dashboards.
Build relationships across technology and Maximus; communicate progress and priorities.
Promote DevOps, continuous delivery and automation; support AI-enabled productivity.
Maintain delivery information as a single source of truth and escalate risks.
