Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology delivery squads to consistently deliver value while maintaining quality, security, and operational readiness.

You will coach teams in agile practices, remove impediments, and provide accurate delivery visibility through metrics and reporting. The role focuses on ensuring steady progress, collaboration and continuous improvement across the programme.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Experience coaching teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean and iterative delivery.
• Ability to use delivery metrics to improve flow and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles and behaviours.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support release planning.
• Mentor product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide delivery dashboards and stakeholder insights using metrics and RAID disciplines.
