Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to lead cross-functional technology delivery squads, enabling them to deliver customer and business value with a focus on quality, security, and operational readiness.

You will coach agile practices, help product owners and teams establish effective ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and provide accurate delivery visibility through metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master with practical delivery experience in agile environments.
• Experience coaching teams to improve flow, quality, and predictability.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and delivery dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in agile practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain flow and predictability.
• Mentor product owners and stakeholders in agile delivery.
• Use metrics to track throughput, lead time and quality trends.
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across squads to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
