Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software, digital, product or tech delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and iterative delivery principles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Coach technical and non-technical colleagues in agile practices and ownership.
• Experience identifying and resolving impediments and managing risks and dependencies.
• Use delivery data and metrics to improve flow and predictability.
• Experience operating across multiple squads or coordinated delivery environments.
• Experience with delivery platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally or equivalents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
• Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments and coordinate cross-squad dependencies.
• Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Use metrics to identify risks and provide dashboards and insights to stakeholders.
• Build relationships across technology and the wider Maximus organisation to enable informed planning and decision-making.
• Promote DevOps, continuous delivery, automation and value-based delivery.
