Maximus is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology delivery squads and help them deliver customer and business value predictably while maintaining quality, security and operational readiness.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in agile practices, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver transparent progress through dashboards and reports. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I or II (PSM I/II), or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certification. (Desirable)
• SAFe or other scaled-delivery certification. (Desirable)
• Equivalent experience within technology, digital, software engineering or product delivery environments.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, coach squads in agile principles and behaviours, promote self-organisation and ownership.
• Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments, improve team flow and predictability, support capacity and release planning.
• Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices, facilitate collaborative problem-solving and ensure improvement actions are owned.
• Use delivery measures to identify risks, improve squad performance and provide meaningful delivery dashboards.
• Build strong relationships across technology and Maximus, translate delivery challenges into business impacts, communicate progress and dependencies.
• Promote DevOps, continuous-delivery, automation, and responsible AI-enabled productivity practices.
• Maintain accurate delivery information within the agreed platform as a single source of truth and escalate accordingly.
