Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and assist with backlog prioritization.
• Track and manage requirements through the SDLC.
• Create reports and dashboards (Power BI) to visualize data.
• Produce user stories, use cases, and process flows.
