Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile Scrum within our software teams in Dublin, Ohio. You will coach, mentor, remove blockers, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Work with Product Development to prioritize backlogs, drive SAFe practices, PI planning, and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Overall IT industry Experience

10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe

Project Role Description

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
