Job summary

myBridge Corporation in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to enhance transparency and delivery performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/PM and Scrum Master certifications (CSM/PSM). This on-site, full-time role offers opportunities to shape Agile practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification preferred.
• Additional Agile or project-management qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help the team follow Scrum principles, practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Identify and remove project impediments and blockers.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
• Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and team performance.
• Encourage effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.
• Protect the development team from unnecessary interruptions.
• Monitor project timelines and help ensure successful sprint and release delivery.
• Prepare Agile metrics and reports for stakeholders and management.
