Job Title: Machine Operator

Individual will operate Acme and Davenport screw machines. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified machine operator to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits. Responsibilities:

1. Operate screw machines, including loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips.
2. Perform minor tooling adjustments, tool changes, and sharpening.
3. Ensure conformance with quality specifications.
4. Assist in training others on machine operation and setup.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Mechanical aptitude, familiarity with tools and machinery, and ability to troubleshoot.
2. Basic math skills for machine adjustments.
3. Reasoning ability to make decisions and solve problems.
4. Relevant experience in maintenance, mechanics, automotive repair, or completion of trade school.
5. Ability to perform standard math operations: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
