A Day In The Life

• Operate screw machines, including loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips.
• Perform minor tooling adjustments, tool changes, and sharpening.
• Ensure conformance with quality specifications.
• Assist in training others on machine operation and setup.

• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools and machinery, and adaptable to fixing both familiar and unfamiliar issues.
• Basic math skills for making machine adjustments.
