ENTRY Level Machine Operators!

NO Experience is Required! Willing to train!

Hours:

1. 1st shift: Monday thru Thursday from 6am-4:30pm
2. 2nd shift: Monday thru Thursday from 3:30pm-2am

Pay Range:

Those with no experience or very little experience would start out between $15.50-16/hr. Those with experience and can demonstrate they can read blueprints and use micrometers and other gauging tools would be more in the $17-18/hr range.

We’re looking for a Machine Operator with 12 months of experience, attention to detail, and great mechanical skills. If that’s you, we have the perfect position at a top manufacturing facility in your area.

Basic Function: The overall goal is to independently run multiple spindle screw machines to produce parts to customer specifications within company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Functions:

• Load screw machines with bar stock.
• Perform tool, holder, or attachment adjustments/changes as necessary to maintain part quality. Sharpen tools as needed.
• Ensure parts meet customer specifications by measuring parts per inspection plan. Enter SPC as required and properly respond to out-of-control conditions.
• Alert QC or supervisor if there are any questions/concerns regarding part quality.
